Most of my technology career has been spent working on systems that hold confidential personal information, including financial records, court orders, driving records, client PII for state services, and insurance information. These systems, and my access to them, were classified as high security, with back end access restricted to both secure login and IP address, and the front ends protected by secure logins and a validation process to gain access. Removing or sharing any files from those projects would violate State Data Privacy Rules and the State Code of Ethics.
